Time and space: I've been thinking about objects and how much space they take up and how that space is the same as time. A can of tuna would be about one minute, a bottle of bleach more like 5 minutes. If you look at objects and start to dissolve them, turn them opaque, even the ground-then you find yourself floating in a sea of crystal clear jellyfish. Time is just an object sitting on the table in front of us, it moves around, in and out and everywhere. It could be the iron in your cupboard and a starfish on the moon. So, next time I say I'll see you in a pot of coffee and doughut, I'm really saying I'll see you in 5 minutes ( 3 min for the cup of coffee, 2 minutes for the doughnut with napkin).
